Webmasters.. am like a novice nd i need to..:
*create a website (something like notjustok. Or Givemebeats.com, that can easily be accessed through Mobile phones) pls can anyone recommend any web host/server i can get for d site with good space without leaving holes in ma pockets?

*Or can i buy a site then change d domain name and stuffs like that? I'll also like to know d average charge rate of web designers. and softwares i can get to save my life.

*lastly.. any other thing u feel/think a webrookie should know? &...: .com .me .ro .ru etc.. What re d differences?.. I'll really appreciate any tip(s)/help i get.. Infact an A to Z on d topic would come handy.. I'm totally lost on this.. .
