Had same issue when I just got my car about 3yrs ago, called a rewire and he removed something from the transmission side, I assumed is filter. He said it's heavily dirty and clogged, bought petrol and clean it. Have not had that issue since then. Clogged transmission filter can also cause this, and it's an easy fix.

it's not filter. It's solenoid.
