They actually produce and export gadgets with night vision.

It's ironic to read that they needed help with night vision .
so where was the night vision equipments yesterday where it was need the most.......I was surprised yesterday when they ask turkey for night vision.

with all the military hype, Iran can not fight in the dark

Ahmadinejad?
Wahala

You want to burn down the whole middle East?

He is the only one who has the balls to go toe to toe with the Ayatollah.

In Pakistan, the military calls the shots and controls the economy.
In Iran, the religious numbnuts control the economy. And on top of that they instituted a parallel military to duplicate the function of the main Iranian military and gave this parallel military free reigns.
So while Iran and Pakistan have roughly the same budget (but Iran having half the population), the inefficiency caused by having too many freeloaders and mouth breathers mean their execs have no choice but to fly around in floating coffins.

The Ayatollah has done remarkable when wrt foreign policy but domestically the mullahs have to go.
I've been calling for that for ages now.
The death of Raisi is the crescendo to an untenable downward spiral that can not be allowed to continue.

This is what I wanted to say.
Why are they using western cars, aircrafts for VIPs?
That of an enemy for that matter.

Don't these people learn?

Iran has enough smart people to have home made cars and aircrafts for their VIPs.

Maybe this incident is going to make them think twice before using western cars/aircrafts for VIPs.

All the same, Helicopter should never be used for travelling unless the weather is 110% okay.

Countries like Iran not only shouldn't expose their VIPs to western cars and aircraft, it should be extended to western money like dollars that US has been holding or opening themselves to western trades like oil that they can place embargo on thereby throwing your economy into disarray, military equipment etc
Every single western organisation out there is designed to subdue a perceived enemy whenever the time arises be it IMF, World bank, dollars, UN etc Anything.

Russia has paved the way, let's see how many countries will toll the line of freedom from western grip.

Unfortunately it's religion that is helping them put a leash on the people, even the real military and political men there know this.

I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Everyone has pointed this out severally.
You are tight with Russia and China but the backbone of your air fleet are ancient American airframes.

Russia or China will donate 10 brand new helos every 5 years to the Presidential Fleet if they requested for it.
But they seem to enjoy living dangerously.
Play st*pid games, win st*pid prizes.

Chinese leaders don't travel on helicopters as state policy and these are folks that can afford as many state-of-the-art modern airframes as they desire.
But you're transporting your President alongside your FM in a 40-year old American helo.
Anyway, I'm rooting for Ahmadinejad to return. That country needs a maniac to push back at the Mullahs.

-Lord

Going forward, they better start correcting their loopholes hence it will repeat itself.
This crash has all the fingerprints of CIA/Mossad written on it.
About not using heli, I don't think heli is the problem.
It could have been a plane also if they wish.
A modern heli for elites is well equiped for rigorous weather even above 100knts wind.
They are not just our everyday commercial heli.
They are designed not to crash anyhow and the pilots trained at the best schools to know which weather to fly through or not.
No be today that heli don dey enter such weather. It is a weather that is predominant in that region and the people are used to.
The weather is just a cover up

⚡Chinese President Xi hugs Putin.

Putin was surprised.

Note that hugging is not a common practice in traditional Chinese culture.

He hug him because he can't withhold himself from recognizing the leader of the emerging multipolar world order, a superpower who stood up to the western hegemonistic powerplay against all odds.

⚡Turkish AKINCI UAV played a crucial role in identifying the wreckage of Iranian President Raisi’s helicopter.

For the first time in history, a search and rescue operation was broadcast live through an UAV camera, attracting an audience of over 5 million viewers.

Despite adverse weather conditions forcing other search and rescue aircraft to land, the Bayraktar AKINCI UAV successfully completed its mission and safely returned to its base in Türkiye.

Guess what they're now blaming the US for refusing to sell them aircrafts 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

For God's sake the US isn't the only one manufacturing planes.

There's Brazil Embraer which is tested and trusted.

Illyushin, Sukhoi, Mikhoyan which are very rugged and reliable Russian brands.

Or even Chinese. Or even buy US planes from third party countries eg Malaysia, Singapore etc.

Iranian leaders are the most foolish set of humans I've ever seen.

When will they ever LEARN?!

Theocracies are like that.

Clerics should be confined to the mosque, church, temple, synagogue, shrine or whatever religious place of worship.
If you ask them to govern the successor state of one of the most formidable empires in history, you're unlikely to view the outcome as a success.

Sure, we can't rule out sabotage.
But we're talking about several decades old American helicopters with dubious maintenance routine due to the sanctions.
If this was a modern air frame or built recently, your point will be valid.

I noticed Arabs are very careless people, maybe they are not scared of dying but that is too easy the way they died. As a president 2 helicopter should have been escorting them, they couldn't even find him for hours

Exactly my point.
The president was too exposed and vulnerable.
If tinubu is to go from PH to Lagos by ferry, we all know how many navy gun boats will follow him.
If he is to pass by road, we all know the convoy that will follow him.
So also is the air.
So why is a president exposed alone on air?

I think their religion got alot to do with the way they see death and safety.

To me, Persians are still Arab bro.
It is just like saying I am Yoruba and not African or black.

As far as am concerned, even Jews are Abrahamic race which is Arabic.
They are only trying to distance themselves from their cousins

I remember when Odumeje said that the reason the naira is depreciating is because he's not in Nigeria... that once he comes back, naira will appreciate against the dollar. The zombie followers and members all agreed. There's a great need for state to separate religion from official government policy.
