Greetings everyone, few days ago after i and my wife must have gone to work. two hours leta i got a call from my wife that she came home to collect the money she kept in her bag inside her room and notice someone had already entered our house earlier, went to her bag inside her room and scattered her clothes and took away the money 25k precisely. Just four flats in our compand two tenants up and two down, i live downstairs honestly I'm not even suspecting anyone from the compound but don't just knw how it happened if possible an outsider came in through the gate. Called a friend and told he what happened, we intend going to found out who came into our flat and took the money. Has anyone gone through this process before, is there any after effect. |

Can your wife possibly be a suspect? |

was any window/door broken? if the house was not broken into, then you best look at your wife as a suspect too... 2 Likes |

The money belongs to her not me, we do have a particular place where we do keep our key, the person was searching for the key finally found it and gained entrance 1 Like |

Op, if you believe in witchcraft, then anything is possible. Secondly, it's a tenant's yard which means you're not the only one with access key. I'm not saying that you should blame your landlord or anyone from his house, but people can't be so trustworthy these days. Finally going to ask your fellow tenants will be a major mistake because you're already acusing them in advance and mind you, a thief will not expose himself. My advice, let it go but set a trap without anyone's knowledge, buy a mini pocket sized CCTV and hang in strategic places but in and around the house, and hook them to your phone via an surveilance app. Then keep some money around and leave the house while behaving normal as if you noticed anything. Then and then you'll catch the thief. Thank me later! 4 Likes |

Cap Less. Don't let anyone know what happened, Including your best friend in that compound. Install a spy camera. I give you just two months and the person will be caught. 4 Likes |

Someone saved money with me some years ago..one day, he sent a guy to come collect some from me but I was so stupid to open my bag and return the money there in the presence of the boy. Long story short, the boy came back, stole everything and ran away. The man who saved the money with me started laughing but inside me, I wish I can see the boy and show him how theives are treated. I hate that rubbish |
