Seeking clarification on a concerning matter. In certain high-stress scenarios, it has come to our attention that individuals may exhibit involuntary urination due to the shock or stress experienced. However, we have observed an unconventional occurrence where individuals, instead of experiencing urination, he releases seminal fluid (semen) during such tense situations.

Given the recurrence of this phenomenon, is this is a normal physiological response or if it warrants medical attention.
