The Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, has said Nigerians must stop thinking there is a messiah for the country.

In a post via his verified social media handle on Wednesday, the presidential aide stated that no one man can change the country.
Olusegun also stated that the thought and idea that one man can change Nigeria is a facade that cannot work.

He wrote:

We need to change our mentality on this "messiah" orientation. The thought of "only one man can change the entire country" is a facade and can't work.

Yes one man can't change a country but the ideas of one man adopted by the general public can change a country

The problem with APC is fundamental they do not know how development works

1) To them they think borrow money build legacy projects and boom economy would start to boom...

Buhari did it rail lines Lagos to Ibadan, Abuja to Kaduna how have they stimulated the economy ? Both trains run at a massive loss
We borrowed money to build something that would make us borrow more money to maintain

Do I talk about the second niger bridge? Waste
If that money was used to lay gas pipeline network 5 free trade zones in South East it would be making profit today

2) APC wants to do with China, India, and the rest are doing instead of doing what they did when they were in our shoes

During the great depression did America invest in infrastructure to get out of it? What did they do... They invested in American businesses, help they grow and boom the economy stabilize

During the 2008 economic crisis did they use infrastructure to get out? Nope they gave $500 billion bailout to industries to stabilize

Yaradua gave banks $3.5 billion then 500 billion naira... That was when most of our banks went international, Nollywood got grant, tv stations got grant... Many industries did and nigeria did feel the impact of ylthat crisis

In fact last year was the first time in over 30 years America invested heavily on infrastructure

When Peter Obi told them that infrastructure doesn't kick start economic growth they laughed

"The Buhari that came to power roughly eight years ago was packaged as someone who had it in him to exercise the self-restraints necessary to administer a dysfunctional country like Nigeria. For a benighted nation, the thought of having a president with integrity and self-discipline was alluring. No thanks to Buhari and his legendary incompetence, we now know better.

Meanwhile, the same people who packaged his myth are back in the market. Now they are promising that 2023 will bring “renewed hope.” We have moved from the taglines of ‘integrity’ and ‘anti-corruption’ to “builder of city” and “builder of men.”

That is how they will tell you that another messiah is on the way until somewhere down the line when the scam will unravel, first, through the failures of such leader; and second, through the person’s garrulous admission that none of what they told you was ever true.

"It’s distressing that even otherwise clear-sighted people who recognize that the APC is a clear and present danger to Nigeria in 2015 are core constituents of the conscienceless gang of villains that got us to where we are now are seduced by the rhetoric of inevitability of APC’s self-succession.

Let’s not allow APC to propagandize us into accepting that their internal politics is our national politics. We should instead be asking them to account for the incalculable injuries they’ve collectively inflicted on our economy, our freedoms, our national emotions, and for reversing whatever little progress we were making before they took over.. ."

Damage control has started. What were they thinking when they marketed Buhari as Saviour and continued with Tinubu who was a baggage of criminality all his life? Now that he has been performing disastrously, they want to start doing the damage control for him. This is how their gbajue certificate forger demigod fleeced Lagosians that they called development. Idiots!

If I do my bit,
You do your bit,
We do our bit...
The world will be better for it.
Jesus, one Man, changed the world and is so powerful that He reigns 2,000 years after His death.

Do your part, brother. One man!

It's common sense to know that one man cannot change a whole country, he can only make a significant difference by starting and building a lasting legacy such as the Lagos Calabar road, student loans, Credit scheme, and many other innovative ideas.

A country with so many corrupt and unethical minds will take generations to really evolve. Unfortunately, the average Nigerian is a crook from the man on the street the civil servants to the political leaders. Almost all will steal given the opportunity.

Must you people remain in governance when you have realized it's bigger than what you all can handle. I will continue raining the needed curses on every Nigerian political leaders suffering the masses. May their death be hastened as the LORD GOD Liveth
