Grasping at straws.... Dollar will hit 2,000 Naira by Nov. and all this nonsense talk won't change anything.

I am 100% convinced that fhis guy is secretly DUMBER than a truckload of bricks.

The worst part is he assumes everybody is as dumb as he is.

First of all, he definitely does NOT have a friend who is the Assistant Director of the FBI. An airhead like this guy would have namedropped him like 20 times instead of something vague like "a friend of mine".

Plus, the Assistant Director of the FBI would know that it's completely IMPOSSIBLE to track any Dollar notes. That's why criminals like drug dealers do deals in CASH.

They merely have SECURITY features to make them recognisable as genuine and not counterfeit. And the Naira notes have similar features.

This guy is always so eager to spew LAMBACIOUS shiiits and exaggerate mediocrity.

He's the same guy that the EXCITEDLY held a press conference about how a 17-year old Yahoo boy got his BVN from his phone number.

This guy does NOT what he's doing. But that's okay because he fits right in with the rest of Tinubu's appointees.

Be careful

Their people are also here on nairaland reading and making notes

Any terrorist using cryp-to-currency is no longer local (meaning their sponsors are international). So that one na foreign invasion... Locals can always find ways to move cash.

There are somethings you don't say.

Let's assume that his so called friend in the FBI gave him a classified information on how dollar bills are tracked, "MUST HE COME AND SPEW IT TO THE PUBLIC,?"
Ain't nothing classified about that. You can't track every dollar bill though. Na capping.

Did you see that picture where Starlink were recovered from terrorists last week?

Calm down and be ask question instead, no be everything you go take dey express your anger.

Terrorism in Africa has digital footprints, and a huge sum of cash flows through that route, and that starlink picture is a proof because you cannot purchase starlink without leaving a digital footprint behind.

Efcc has the first hand information, and they are trying their best to curb liquid flow through that path.

You wey no sabi anything, you just dey yarn dustbin like say you know wetin you dey talk about.

Crypotocurrency is also technology. You should not throw away the baby with the bath water, do some regulation and work well on what is within your own control. What are you doing about your banks and telecommunications? Terrorists and bandits have been carrying out bank transactions and social media shows for years.

Re: Terrorists Using Cryptocurrency Traders To Fund Insecurity — EFCC by King125007(m): 7:37pm On May 16
Do you know your stupid government would have monitor ND regulate crypto if they have not banned the traditional banking system from trading on crypto?

That way your bank have your details ND crypto transactions history, so the government can request it or place a limit on transaction
But no o, this stupid bunch nor dy think dy banned outright, thereby birthing P2P

IT becomes more untraceable
Beverlyjean:
Crypto should be banned in Nigeria... We take advantage of loopholes alot... we are not mentally ready and capable of handling the don'ts of crypto... alot are so foolish not to know that pressure on crypto also affects our currency... crypto is not traded in Naira , its traded in dollars , and worse of all , it can be untraceable, its a hub for criminal activities because u don't need the conventional banks to run it

You can, in the sense that you want to track them. For example, they have the data of the number on the notes, and can work with the last seen(s). But that's only possible through banks, not cash to cash.

I wonder how some of you think...
