TV/Movies / The Mammon (the Tales Of A Lost Soul) by Mouth123(m): 12:38am |
A beautiful shiny morning. 9:55 AM It was a Sunday service, our church auditorium was filled 80% that day and we had just finished singing praise and worship. I stood up in my shirt and tie and i stepped forward on the alter to minister the word of God. FORGIVENESS.. that was the topic i preached about. After the service i got a lot of compliments as usual from our church members and elders for a well delivered sermon. I am the Area pastor in the church, that makes me not the most senior pastor but i also double as the head of all the youth pastors. I drove my family home in my car but i noticed a car was following us from church and suddenly it stopped. When we got to the front of my house the gate was opened and my gateman was tied. Thank God nothing was missing in the house. Infact it looks like they did not go into the main building at, just within the compound the only obvious thing me and wife saw a broken bottle of drink on the floor. My wife wondered why someone will break into a house just to break bottle on the floor, tie the gateman and leave. I have no idea too That is what i told her that day. We quickly untied the gateman and I promise to increase the security, my wife suggest we go for a 3 days fasting and prayer and i agree with her. One week later, while in church a member came to call my wife's attention so she went outside and when she came back she whispered into my ear and i had to stand up while the choir were ministering. I went out to see for myself and it was another broken bottle left at the entrance of the church gate. Again!!! Now i know this is more than ordinary. I asked them to clean it and we went back into the church. Now i am troubled. My name is Tunde Jesubiyi, 37years, a Business man married to my beautiful wife Okiki an accountant with a reputable Bank in Nigeria, we have a son Imole (light) so i call wife Mama light sometimes and a baby girl Devine. My handsome boy is 10years and my little princess is 3years. I love my family they are all i have. I met my wife Okiki during my NYSC camp in Edo state. She is a very devoted christian and i needed redemption as at then. She thought me how to pray and connect with my inner spirit. She showed the light and that is why we named our boy Light. Before i met my wife 11 years ago. I just finished from a university i spent 6years instead of 4 years, the strikes and one extra year (spillover) didn't help my case. I had my first and only carry over in my first semester 400level. I was on 3.97 CGPA before my only carry-over. I felt bad when i saw the result, because i am struggling on my own to pay my school fees. My 100 level school fees was not a problem because i had a father but he died on the plane crash that happened many years ago. My mother has always been sick and i have seen my mother pray to God to heal her and cried on several nights. We hope she recovers from the Cancer. After my father died, things became very hard.. i was on holiday when the news of my father was announced on the radio We mourned our loss in my grandfather house in the village 3 weeks him till i was ready to go back to school. My brother who is just 19years had just wrote his WASSCE. I wanted to stop school but my brother stood for me, he promised to take care of our mother and also work any work to cater for her while i take care of myself in school.ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ That was our agreement but he could not get her drugs on time or pay medical bills. I lost my mother 3 months after my Dad plane crash. I was lost. My grandpa is traditional priest but he couldn't safe his sonðŸ˜. Obviously my younger brother can not continue his education and i am about to drop out too. I can't not afford the bills as a student. I trued getting a job but nobody will give a student a part time job. I don't have any connection. My brother is back to my parents house after spending time with grandpa, he wanted his freedom that was why he left the village, he has started keeping bad friends. I don't even feel like talking to him again bcus he now smokes and drink. I was lost and hopeless. My roommate in the hostel Jamiu encouraged me not to give up. It was 2 weeks to my exams and i am yet to complete my school fees. I will not write Exam💔ðŸ˜. Jamiu noticed i was thinking too much and he asked me what is the problem. I explained my situation. He said will try to get the money to balance my school fees. I needed just 12k to balance, me that i have been drinking garri for over a week now. The garri Jamiu brought ðŸ˜. I am broke, i will be very grateful to you my friend. Jamiu gave me a condition, he said i will have to follow him to a friends birthday party. I am not the party type and it's few days to Exams... Jamiu I don't have any other options so i will follow you Jamiu if that is all you want. I followed Jamiu to the night party and when we came back from the party. I was given 20k BUT i am now scared because I don't know if i should use the money for my school fees or i should return it. I am not sure if i want this type of money. What happened at the party jamiu took me to... hmmmmmmmm To be contd.... |

Pets / The Importance of Rescues and Shelters for Dogs by promisefosterc: 12:36am |
Rescues Rescue organizations are often run by volunteers who are passionate about animal welfare. They work tirelessly to save dogs from neglect, abuse, or abandonment. Rescues operate through a network of foster homes or shelters, providing temporary care until suitable forever homes can be found. These organizations often focus on specific breeds, sizes, or special needs dogs, ensuring that each dog receives the appropriate care and attention. Shelters Animal shelters serve as temporary homes for dogs in need. They take in strays, surrendered pets, and animals rescued from various situations. Shelters provide food, shelter, and medical care for dogs while they await adoption. Additionally, many shelters offer spaying/neutering services and vaccinations to help control pet overpopulation and ensure the health of the animals in their care. Benefits of Rescuing and Adopting: 1. Saving Lives: By adopting from rescues or shelters, individuals are directly saving the lives of dogs in need. Every adoption creates space for another dog to be rescued, creating a ripple effect of compassion and hope. 2. Finding the Perfect Match: Rescues and shelters have a diverse range of dogs available for adoption, from playful puppies to gentle seniors. Whether someone is looking for a specific breed or simply wants to find a loving companion, there's a dog for everyone in need of a home. 3. Combatting Overpopulation: Adoption from rescues and shelters helps reduce the number of homeless dogs in communities. By choosing adoption over purchasing from breeders or pet stores, individuals are contributing to the solution of pet overpopulation and reducing the strain on animal shelters. 4. Supporting Responsible Practices: Many rescue organizations and shelters prioritize responsible pet ownership by providing education, training resources, and support to adopters. They often conduct thorough screening processes to ensure that dogs are placed in suitable homes where they will receive the love and care they deserve. Rescues and shelters play a crucial role in the welfare of dogs, providing them with a lifeline and a second chance at happiness. Through adoption, individuals can make a positive impact by saving lives, finding their perfect furry companion, and supporting responsible pet ownership. By supporting and advocating for rescues and shelters, we can work together to create a brighter future for dogs in need. |

If you want to join them, just say so, so that we can understand why you keep using them for arguments. Are you a JW or a Trinitarian? Food / Re: Chioma Okoli: Court Remands Erisco Tomato Paste Reviewer In Prison Over Comment by bentenny(m): 12:33am |
The way I see this issue,it won't end well for the Erisco brand! At the initial stage, there were reasonable and profitable suggestions made to the CEO of erisco! This matter at it's early stage could have been an opportunity to use Chioma as a means to differentiate products of Erisco food and possibly market his products by making her a brand ambassador! Erisco could have been a popular brand by now! Unfortunately,as it's always the case with accidental millionaires with zero logic and doing everything for themselves,he reacted wrongly and illogically to a simple review on his product which he could have ignored since there was little or no engagement on the review but instead decided to use the security as it's always customary with people who cannot handle negative comments! At the end whether,Okoli finally goes to jail or not,Erisco business will not only suffer but go into oblivion! Nigerians love an underdog story and will do everything within their power to knock down every oppressor! The best erisco can do for now to salvage the little left of his drowning company reputation is to outrightly withdraw the case and walk away.....it's still not late to do this! I hope he listens! |

Do you guys need further proof that Nigerian leadership is clueless? Five years ago, I was laughed at by young people when I wrote that Nigeria's main problem is NOT corruption. You can still have advancement with corruption. Nigeria is at a stand still, because leadership is clueless. Ikpeazu is walking free, despite clear evidence of fraud. And Yahya Bello has not been been brought to justice, despite paper trail of his crime. Poor countries and countries at war have more reliable and stable power supply than Nigeria. Lack of economic opportunities and hardship have plunged Nigeria into insecurity and chaos! Nigeria is on the brink of disintegration! And the the Senate is debating national anthem!!!! |

Health / Re: Man Dies In South African Brothel Following Sexual Intercourse (PICS) by pacificom: 12:30am |
It’s not a new thing that some men give up the ghost after vigorous sexual activities. This is why men must check their health condition to be sure that they are not hypertensive. If you have HBP and you are not taking your medication properly, then it is a high risk for you to be engaging in a neurological task like sex. |

So why would his 2023 title be in jeopardy if that timeline you presented means 2009-2018 = Guardiola Before you waste anyone's time with your lies.
