Febraury this year, my friend advised me to open a new business with 1 million nd that it will be profitable because of the location.

I have other business locations in abuja, lagos and Delta State, and they are not doing too well but i don't care much because i am living just fine without those businesses.

So i decided to take the risk, 1 million was worth it. I took the land and bought woods and zinc and constructed a new shop in a village. A charging center with pes 4 center. The first few days of the business boomed well until i started noticing i was still running at a loss. I spent over 1.7million to start that business and in a month time i closed down the shop because i was spending money daily to run it while i was making nothing from it.

I decided to sell it off. But even for 500K d folks in the village wouldn't buy it. They don't really have much there though.

My friend suggested i get people from the wood market to tear it down and even if it 200k I get from it, it is better than nothing at all.

I am still sceptical about this idea, i know i will renew the land rent when it expires even if i am not running the business.

Please, what do you suggest ?
That is not a business... Fogerit
