Leetcode is much more important for big tech firms than projects. A very painful reality. Of course your projects can still get you job but mostly in small firms

Yeah my passion is working for others and being well paid. I have no interest in starting my own shit or running a business or tech startup.

I wonder the kind of challenges they solve in those leetcode kind of places that makes it so hot these days.

Do you know that for OAs before phone screens, these guys answer it in groups? Thereby giving them a high chance of getting shortlisted since it's not monitored. Even though just Big O and debugging are asked.

Though they prepare for the technical screen, they cheat their way to phone screens.

Grinding now is for the main whiteboard interviews. A lot of the OAs are so difficult that if you don't know how to cheat you can't pass. Also if you cheat you need to know how to cheat properly. Opening tabs in any OA is automatically zero. Also copying and pasting is automatically zero too

No need for that stress sha. I noticed the OAs are centered on mastery of Big O and debugging. All the one's I've done on premp and interview.io have been perfect, which were past questions.
