Why do police raid for a few days after a crime has been committed in a particular location?
Does it mean that does who must have committed the crime would still be loitering around that crime vicinity?
Kindly educate me

Most times it is just to raise money, find people to implicate for the crime or forcefully get information from anybody they catch, sometimes it works and sometimes it is counter productive, in working countries the police investigators go back to the crime scene environment to ask questions, look for evidence and they make sure the people are very comfortable with them around to get the best information as possible, but here everybody in the crime scene would have ran away because police is coming back to arrest everybody, both information, evidence and everything the police needs will join the people and run.
