What You Must Known Before Buying Embroidery Machine In Nigeria by deiikonac(m): 6:55pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Are you a Nigeria investor who is making the decision to venture into the world of machine embroidery ? for the first time it is exciting, but it can get overwhelming with all of the choices available on today’s market. That’s why we’ve put together this professional guide to help you wrap your head around buying an embroidery machine. Whether you're a first-time buyer or simply shopping for an update, learn all about what you need to consider before purchasing an embroidery machine from us @deiikonacnigltd ! Really focus on what you need! What kind of embroidery do you want to produce- corporate, decorative, small, large, simple, intricate? This is something you need to ask yourself repeatedly as it plays a part in every consideration that follows. Make a list and keep it on you when you’re shopping around. Buying an embroidery machine takes time and effort, don’t launch right into buying anything because a good machine is an investment. Find out about the various types of support that each company offers; inquire about a channel for support (phone number, email, live-chat , local technical support and local experience of the engineer etc) and any back-up services offered, and definitely make sure you also ask about warranties and spare parts replacements IE usually includes in the tools box when machine is supplied . This way the admin is covered and you can now get technical, prices and terms of services. When shopping around, don’t hesitate to get all your questions out there- after all, your machine will be an investment that should last you 15+ years! Think about the size your embroidery will be, selecting the size of the machine best suited for your work is the most important thing. Then consider how many heads do you need? Ask yourself how flexible should your “production capacity” be? For example, 2 single head machines will allow you to run two jobs in parallel, whereas having a two head machine doing a small job may be running only with one head. 2 single head machines are more expensive than single double head machine . You need to find the balance and make these decisions before you even start looking. Again, these are the types of things you need to find out about your machines from the **seller, please if possible buy from a monogramming practitioner not traders** Tiny little things tend to go under the radar, but when you’re purchasing an embroidery machine, these tiny details can make all the difference… Ensure that your machine have supporting accessories, format and extensions that you require. Things like special hoops (does the machine have large enough hoops for your designs), cap-frames (embroidering on caps and pockets requires free arm machines), number of needles (how many colors are you going to need?) and various decoration techniques like sequin or cording are functions you may want to keep in mind, especially if your designs go beyond basic lettering and images and support best embroidery studio software ( machines are sold alone in Nigeria, embroidery software are sold separate, this help reduce cost of machine) Finally, don’t let starting this new venture become a chore! Make sure you take your time, browse at your own leisure and remember find out how machine parts compatibility and availability in Nigeria , find out if the machine well used by operators in your local market, and ask and find out if the machine brand has local trained technical support system in Nigeria, Nigerian engineer with experience ** you don't want to experience reply advice from a internet video call of Chinese who don't speak English nor do he understand.*** make sure that you are buying current innovation model machine by the factory, especially single heads and double heads iE because most current edition of machine comes with newer and corrective futures than older models some importer will prefer sell older new vision (with claim it is the best, New machine functions and futures are also add in new models IE a brand new benz C190 can't complete with AMG180) don't forget to find out international industrial review of brand of models and if you can ask and known which popular garment making Nation is the machine wildly used, countries like India, China, Indonesia, Canada, Bangladeshi ,America etc. if brand is not popularly used and serviced in high production nations, ** it just a boutique machine** don't neglect to use the advice and services of a season computer embroidery expert , *experiences is priceless value * enjoy every step, after all embroidery is tons of fun! Good luck in all your endeavors, call 08177129792 or 08035715097 for free consultation on everything embroidery and monogramming.

OMG these sewing machines are huge. In fact I’ve never seen such enormous embroidery machines in my life. A beginner like me won’t know for sure how to work with them. I believe it requires certain skills and background info to perform well with them. When I popped up on this forum I was looking for an embroidery machine for beginners. I don’t need a huge and expensive one, because I recently started to learn and I’m not sure whether I like it or not. Probably when I get more experience I will be really into it. Until that moment I’m looking for the best embroidery machine for beginners to develop my skills and to increase my knowledge. Any suggestions? |
