Sybellah: Gnomi, personally i don't know how to make this, its a kind of patisserie, delicious! This looks like what we call masa in Nigeria. Its made from rice, corn or millet. Can be eaten with stew, yaji or groundnut and hibiscus leaves soup. |

wizb: This one is masa made of rice abi? I have never tasted this one. It looks the same, i guess the procedure of cooking is the same. The brown one is made of millet. Women usually sell it on the street as snacks. Between the rice and the millet one, which one do u prefer? |

Sybellah: Yes, the first one you posted looks like masa made from millet. The second one is masa made from rice or white corn. I think I prefer the one made with rice but they are both tasty. 1 Like |
