Today I drove a car solo in the highway for the first time without having someone supervise or give me morale!! Of course it was with a learner sign but it still felt good. I ended up making some mistakes and reached home with a fender bender ( i bashed my front bumper)but i was worth it ,didn't realise how scary and exhilarating it would be at the same time.
So it got me wondering nairalanders if this is how it was for everyone's first experience. Pls share what ur first solo driving experience felt like. It will be interesting to know.

Can't remember my first day precisely but my early driving days were filled with anxiety, said quiet prayers before kicking the engine. Never bashed my car though.
