2. school fees payment receipt
3. acceptance fees receipt
4. admissionion slip
5. jamb slip
6. cbt result slip
7. 0'level original certificate
8. 2 passport photograph
9. departmental registration receipt
10. association/town receipt
11. medical fee receipt
12. hostel allocation slip
13. matric OATH

i jst dy hear nw ,dat registeration at saki as started.....,i was told dy started on monday 18/11/2013 nd dat it wil end on friday 22/11/2013....including medical nd ar the requirements.
pls dy won blow my head here nw,....am seriously comfuse here pls help me out
