President Obama, a feW minutes after attack on Boston marathon has addressed Americans. In his speeach, he promised citizens that his team will get to the root of the attack and any individual or groups responsible will face the full weight of justice. Obama did not say if the attack is a terrorist act or not. Rather, that the FBI is still carrying out investigation. He reassured Americans and indeed the people of Boston of support every step of the way. "We don't know who did this, people should not jump into conclusion without having facts"
