Interviews are generally about yourself, carriage and communication skill. Dress as best as U can. Please what's the beanie and time.

Wrote their test in PH here last saturday. FCMB does recruit through their marketing department, 3.5m per month or you will be shown the way out after 2 or 3 months without meeting the target.
