Excel Formula Is Wounding Me by Nobody: 10:38am On Sep 15, 2013
Hello everyone,

I have a problem with trying to get the correct DatedIF formula to work out the total months and days of an event occurring with non-sequence days within. i.e. An aircraft has a movement-date-time record for Jan 1, 2, 3, 4, then no records for some days, and then records for Jan 21, 22, 23, .....

If it was just weekends to be excluded, i would have found a way but the breaks and not uniform i.e. some breaks are for 2 weeks, and others are for few days. See the attached below for the data as it is on my pivot table and tell me what formula to use in getting the total months & days please.

Thanks

See full spreadsheet sample attached. Any help will be appreciated. Also please my yoruba and hausa cousins don't because of my past attacks ignore this thread o. Just pass on your knowledge here. Thank you in advance for your kind cooperation if you do.

Row Labels Start Date End Date Time Spent (Months & days)

26/Jul/15:59
26/Jul/17:33
03/Aug/12:01
26/Aug/09:23
26/Aug/10:45

I shall be back in a few hours to see if anybody even bothered to read or look at the attachment. If no luck then i would quickly run to yahoo-answers.
