Policemen monitoring election the supplementary election at Onitsha South LGA has apprehended Mr Basil Ejidike, a local from Oraukwu for buying voters card and inducing others with money after the accreditation.


Mr Ejidike was a former Transition Committee Chairman under Ngige government and an accredited APC Agent.

This comes against the backdrop that APC and its candidate have both said they will be boycotting todays election.

The truth is gradually coming out!
Someone that claimed he scored 100,000 votes in just one LGA where he stopped INEC from conducting any elections, could not even score up to 5,000 votes now that everyone came there to physically watch the supplementary elections! They waste their time buying voter's card from poor people they will soon deport inside their own country! I hope this fellow is prosecuted under the law to serve as a deterrent for others.
