What would you do if your state listed you as
a deceased person after you left town? Since
1994, 61 year old Donald Miller has been
legally dead according to the state of Ohio.
On Monday, Miller went before the court
and testified in regard to the reason for his
disappearance in 1986.
Miller didn’t simply leave town, he actually
left behind his family as well as unpaid child
support estimated to be around $26,000 .
Eight years after leaving his wife and two
children in Ohio, the state officially declared
Miller to be dead. Now that he has come
back, Miller has been trying to get this
decision overturned and wants to obtain his
original Social Security Number....
