I was on broadway most all day Saturday and I am sorry to tell you that I still do not see what you are talking of. I was able to park and feed my meter with no boots applied. You see how perception dey work here?

Dude, here is the equation.

1) Gas is over $4 a gallon
2) Parking in the city is about $25 a day
3) Even at that price it is scarce
4) Driving in traffic takes about an hour and a half if you are not careful

When you put two and two together, you realize that when living in a city like Chicago that has great public transport system, taking the train is not a bad idea. I not only save money but save myself the headache of looking for parking space every day. I drive my car around on the weekends when I have to. Take the train one day and see the caliber of people who ride the train, and you may understand why trying to put people who choose to ride the train down is not really a good idea. All that ego crap we dey carry as naija no apply here.


Parking your car at the train station is only $30 bucks a month. i haer ya but in a day i have about 10 or more places to go ranging from as far as hyde park to evanston. and lincoln park, wicker park old town etc. train or bus will never work for me. its not a naija thing at all. the buses only go up and down one street.
