walexsho:bros we are both saying the same thing. Yorubas are politically dynamic and intelligent and if they don't want you no matter how much u spend they won't vote for u. I said in my earlier post that osun and ogun will likely be the only 2 states remaining for apc ,I never said pdp will win ogun state ,please kindly go through my post again . But if amosun decamps from apc to another party then apc will lose .I think the people of ogun state are just in love with their governor and there is nothing bad in that |

yusuff4u2c: You are right by saying people vote for Candidate and not Party, but I disagree with your assumption that PDP is till a strong party in this state. It is obvious that almost half of the pdp votes were bought, it is evident in Ede North and South.I won't like to disrespect the ppl of osun that voted for pdp or apc by saying they were bribed ,I believe many collected yet voted for the party of their choice ,so since a gun wasn't pointed at their head I believe everyone that voted did what they believed in. 3 Likes |

May God give us a Man after His heart Best wishes! Prof Bamitale Omole is not the returning, INEC returning officer's there is Prof Isaac Adewole (UI VC), an Indigene of Ilesha in Osun state (Aregbe domain) and also a senate aspirant under PDP for 2019 general election. At least, he will get ministerial appointment if Jonathan win next year election. There is no chance for him in Aregbe domain because Aregbe will likely contest for senate post after his tenure |

BekeeBuAgbara: Forget wetin? Free and fair election which OBJ and Yaradua couldn't give Nigerians is what you have taken for granted today. If APC takes over government at the center, that's bye bye to credible election. Examples are Fashola and Oshiomole that rigged LGA elections in their states and arrogantly tell people ''if you are not satisfied go to court''. The free and fair election should be attribute to the new system of counting adopted by Prof. JEGA and not GEJ. OBJ or whoever would not be rigging elections so easily if this system has been put in place then. As long as votes are counting at pooling booth, it would be very difficult for any person/Government to rig. |

Isn't it funny that you hypocritical APC guys still have mouth to talk. PDP is clearly on a higher pedestal in terms of conscience and morality. Left to APC, the election would have been rigged using untold violence as weapon of intimidation. For the Lagosians, can you all remember Tinubu's speech after PDP won Obalende LG?! He said,"even though PDP won, koro's son will not serve because he can't be in the same LG ruled by PDP". That was how Tinubu rigged the election in APC's favour. You guys are shameless, to be candid. Yes APC/Aregbe won but only then was the election free and free. We are waiting for them in Lagos! 1 Like |

Breaking News: Omisore petitions INEC Candidate of the PDP. Iyiola Omisore has petitioned the INEC over the just concluded gubernatorial election. The petition titled: Protest on the August 9, gubernatorial election said candidate of the APC, Rauf Aregbesola flouted provisions of the Electoral Act 2010 by announcing results. The petition reads:” I hereby condemn the APC candidate , Raufu Aregbesola declaring his own version of the results without recourse to INEC. With the facts of results, its apparent that the PDP candidate , Dr. Iyiola Omisore is leading.” “This act of APC is in conflict with the provisions of Electoral Law 2010 whereby a candidate can concoct figures and released to confuse the public thus make this election inconclusive until facts behind the figures are released by the INEC. “The peace and stability of this state is such under an unprecedented threat . The results so far by APC remained cancelled.” http://thenationonlineng.net/new/breaking-news-omisore-petitions-inec/ |
