Retention of Coach Dedevbo on the Job and sending him to world class coaching Academies abroad for refreshers coaching class, rather than sacking him as was done to coach Ntiero who got Nigeria to the finals of this same competition in 2010. A coach with much coaching experience in a competition is better than a greenhorn any day.
