J. Lo opened up about the scare in a photo she shared via Instagram on Saturday, Sept. 27. The picture showed Lopez in a car next to Remini, 44, who was sitting in the driver's seat.

"Sitting at a light, Riding high right before some drunk fool rear ended us in my new whip!!!" Lopez captioned the shot. "Thank god everyone ok!!! #GRATEFUL #THANKYOUGOD #DontdrinkandDrive!!!! #cursedthatfoolout #theBronxcameout #dontmesswithmycocnuts #mamabear #leahstayedcalm #thatwasweird."

According to reports, the stars were rear-ended by the intoxicated driver when they were stopped at a red light on Malibu's Pacific Coast Highway. With two children in the backseat of the vehicle, Lopez's car was hit at the light.

There are reports that the driver sped off from the scene, but was later found and reprimanded by cops, who determined that he had been drinking. The suspect is reportedly facing DUI and hit-and-run charges

OMG! Is this really true? Though I remember that my cousin who works with a Los Angeles DUI attorney told me about this incident but I thought this might be some kind of joke. Never thought it happened in reality.
