can be mounted transversely
easier to fit in smaller cars
harder to turbo and work on, once turboed
superchargers are more preferable

I6
easier to turbo because all exhaust outlets are on one side
can't be mounted transversely
won't fit into small to mid sized cars.

has a lower center of gravity
