Information and communications minister, professor dora akunyili on Tuesday ordered staffs of the ministry as well as their spouses and children who may have received free mobile telephone lines and cable television network from network operators to return such free facilities to the network providers on or before January 30, 2009, failure to return such free facilities before the deadline according the minister would be regarded as their way of collecting bribe to pave way for such operators to carry out their exploitations on innocent Nigerians. now thats more like it
