https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=619ia_Xe-TA I found this interesting clip on Youtube and I just couldn't believe FFK could attack GEJ this hard. According to him, "the level of discontentment for the current PDP government is unprecedented..." A prediction or mere words? 1 Like |

While I do agree that Nigerian politicians generally do not have principles, and will always pitch their tent anywhere their interest is best served, I must say that this guy (called FFK) is the worst of them all. I'm shocked to hear that he said all that a while ago, yet today he sings a completely different tune. Apparently, OBJ was right - "FFK is my boy, just give him some food and he'll sing for you" In any case, he (FFK) was right on so many fronts : (a) Nigerians need change. (b) The north and the West have the numbers to effect that change. (c) The leadership of APC is superior to that of PDP. Shame on PDP, Shame on GEJ, shame on FFK. #TeamGMB2015 4 Likes |

3kay945:Quite right, but even at that, I watched the video with interest and saw beyond politicking; he emphasized the need for change and even went ahead to say that the present PDP cannot match the APC leadership. This is quite thoughtful. cc Barcanista Jingh Berem... You people should show 5 Likes 2 Shares |

peterdrury:This people and their thought process sha. The video was not just released and it's not in any way new on Youtube. Like I stated, I stumbled on the video somehow, watched it and was surprised to see the same man who said all that in the camp he condemned. Biko have the log remove from your eyes because the only people who have been fighting to stay relevant are the PDPs. |

@ Sanchez01, just as 1stCitizen said, perhaps if you made the title a bit less critical, the mods will consider it. @ Lalasticlala, Obinoscopy, if Wole Soyinka's 2007 article against Buhari can make the FP, I don't see why we can't have this by the spokesman of GEJ's campaign team made in TWO YEARS ago on the fp as well. @omenka, it's quite funny and I believe this will never make FP. The forum should be objective and the mods should learn to be fair, regardless of their decision. I pray we learn to be fair and objective in all. |

PREVIEW INTO THE FORTHCOMING 2016 NIGERIA YOUTH RE-AWAKENING SUMMIT AN ANTIDOTE TO THE YOUTH DECADENCE POLITICAL/ECONOMY RETROGRESSION, NEPOTISM AND HIGH MINDEDNESS OF THE PRESIDENCY AND SOME PUBLIC OFFICE HOLDERS IN MATTER BOTHERING ON THE MASSES, COUPLED WITH AUTOCRATIC RESPONSES FROM THE GOVERNMENT ON DEVELOPMENTAL IDEAS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING NIGERIANS ECONOMY AND SUFFERING OF THE PEOPLE. Woe unto them that is at ease in Zion! Says the ancient book of life and that centurions word is still relevant and highly applicable to the present Nigerian State, where people (masses) are living in abject poverty and agony in the midst of a nation endowed with plenty and greatness both in human and natural resources. But her ship is now in the hand of a sailor who claims to be experts and had studied the rudiment of sailing successfully in the wind and storms of the Nigeria sea and getting the people to a meaningful destination, which makes the shipping council (Nigerians) to put every sentiment and tribalism aside, and join force thinking to end impunity, politics of calumny and a seemingly retrogressing Nigerian states which to us (Nigerians) now was a great progress compared to the one we are facing under the supposed democrat who has eventually turn autocratic. A captain who claim to feel the suffering of the masses in his campaigning days and shed tears when he was still very close to down-trodden as a man who was almost living that same life of a commoner. Some time always from road from Kaduna to Katsina to check his acclaimed source of income which is few cows and domestic animals, and flew once in a while because of the cost of traveling requirement unlike the present frequent presidential jetting all around the world on developmental tours best known to the presidency and suffered by the masses. Nigerians should not be cajoled into another world of hypnotism as we don’t need any prophet to tell us that we are entering another slave trade with this inhuman phase of governmental activities coupled with cabinet of directionless technocrats who cannot proffer solution to dwindling economy, only to sing unmelodious rhythm of “Nigerians” should not expect quick fix of Nigeria problems. We all know of a true Rome was not built in a day but they certainly began with a governmental plan that brought subsequent economy development that made Rome one of the most celebrated Nation. Nigeria is in a confused state celebrating bad leadership. New Generation Youths for Change, has been in existence since 2002, and not from the fallacious “CHANGE” of 2015 opposition umbrella but an existing structure of reformed and pragmatic youth bodies within the six Geopolitical zones in Nigeria. We are into gathering relevant information and ideologies capable of proffering solution to the multi-dimensional problems hampering the development of Nigerians, through research and findings using responsible, well informed and unbiased youth who believe Nigeria is a multi-ethno cultural diversified country and all youth are one, irrespective of the numerous party systems, we are multi-party agents as youths and party-less when it comes to the genuinety of our sovereignty as a nation. That was the reason we team up in 2015 against Jonathan Government not because he does not have the right to run for second time, but was opposed by Nigerians most especially we the youth. Because we realized he was occupying an important office, with a lot of complacency. Had it been he knows what the office of the president entails and also worked presidentially, judiciously, masses – incline-fully by implementing his many lofty but Jeopardized Transformational Agenda which ended up as elephant projects by sycophants that fed sumptuously on the nations sovereign wealth and yet still accorded with honor even under this present government despite the fact that our president is fighting corruption which is one sided anyway, as many of Nigerian thieves are still under his regime untouched. The incapability and complacency of Jonathan regime, made the Nigerian youth to come out en-masse to canvas for a change through party/candidate that advocate “CHANGE” in its higher parameter. We key into their manifesto such as: Education Upgrading, Electricity Stability, Employment, Youth Empowerment, Fuel Price Reduction, Food Surplus through Agricultural Resuscitation and other life expectant promises. The reverse of all these promises is the case of the Nigeria state presently. A youth trek from Lagos to Abuja to celebrate president Buhari wining team on the 22nd of may 2015 as a “winner” elected by the masses in anticipation of prospective days ahead, but on the 13th April 2016 another youth trek from Adamawa to Sokoto state to reflect the agony Nigerians are going through. No matter how corrupt Jonathan’s government was we are beginning to realize it is far better than this corruptless but directionless government of president Buhari. The decrease of 2.17trillion naira in tax collection of the Federal Inland Revenue Service since 2015, the same year our President took over power which is a pointer to the incapability of this present government. Analysis of official data from FIRS website shows that the agency generated 4.72 trillion in 2014, but the revenue drop to 2.54 trillion in 2015 shortly after our president took over. The analysis of expert on this matter is that it may get worse in 2016 as the economy becomes declining by the day as a result of unproductive governmental policies, that brought about multiple retrenchment of staff and shutdown of some industrial operations. And who even said the present government is not corrupt when almost 75 percent of the cabinet members are the same sycophants who parade themselves as leaders. Using EFCC to play politics of bitterness while some major democracy saboteurs are happily handling portfolios of different public offices with billions of Nigerians money still within their cover. If EFCC can arrest Bafarawa who was never a public office holder under Jonathan but was allegedly given money as political figure in the north west the same thing the ruling party did to some political figures within the geopolitical zones, as every party want the support of the masses. If EFCC is truly fighting corruption in Nigeria, most of the former governors whom some of our youth developers worked with, but with few profitable result from those that truly fear God and majority of them without meaningful outcome. Many of them only use media to popularize themselves and made away with public funds. The projects like the Illela International Market and the independence power plant in Sokoto state that was to be commissioned 2009 but yet un-accomplished among others are pointers to why youths are agitating. Nigeria youths realized that we have been in the hands of political tyrants for so long the same system of gorillas feeding monkeys with banana has been our constant experience as Nigerian youth. At every campaign era in Nigeria, many youths has been misused to achieve the desire of the manipulators who chant interesting manifestos and getting to the place of power, make the youth play behind the curtain role. The Nigerian youth constitute the larger percent of population with many of them having great potentials and dreams capable of liberating themselves and the society at large, but so sadden many of them derailed into the world of crimes and other social vices because they was no supportive measure in harnessing their potential to greatness. Two among every five Nigerian youths has passed through an experience of crime just to make a living. The immediate past director general of NYSC, Brig. Gen. Johnson Olawunmi described late Okonta Dumebi Samuel a serving corps member and one among many youths that was killed in the dismissed River do or die re-run election, as a patriot who died while contributing to ensure a better Nigeria. Now the question is, how long shall they continue to reduce the population of Nigeria youths who are the work force for building the nation economy and envisaged leaders of tomorrow. How many of the Nigerian youth has really benefited from the great natural resources and wealth of this nation and they are dying daily as part of their contribution to Nigerians development. An instrument the fake leaders uses as ladder to reach the top of their selfish ambitions. How many of those that has really sucked and still sucking the Nigerian breast of wealth can lay down their lives as part of their contribution to the nation. Enough is enough as this youth Reawakening Summit shall be addressing be used to address many anomalies in the present government and bridging the gap between the leaders and the youth by becoming relevant in governance/economy activities through submission of developmental proposals to relevant public offices established for human/ society development. Showcasing youth of productive inventions and entrepreneurship skills that can attract international communities and thus, increase GDP of our dear Nation. We shall come up with a communiqué that will appeal to the heart of the Niger Delta youths, a region which infrastructural vandalism and kidnapping is a result of agitation for human and society development a right that was not quickly attended to in its emanating years and thus, degenerated to diverse societal menace. Our communiqué will proffer solution to youth decadence and unemployment in Nigeria. No matter the view of anybody, state or nation about Nigeria youth, we can boldly say, we are highly gifted and potentially endowed people, who love to listen and to be listened to despite all the negative factors surrounding us. We have now realized that the ship of our destiny is not in anybody’s hand but in our hands and we can choose to sail it to the profitable destination or better still allow it to be abandoned like it has always been. 50 years of nation independence, we are still depending not that we don’t have what it takes to be independent but there is no pre-independent agents that could help many of the youth to shoot from obscurity to stardom. After all someone (Britain) helped Nigeria to be independent. The President is like a father all Nigerians and a father cannot hear his children crying without paying attention, but in this our father’s case, he’s not even moved by the death of his wives, not to talk about the crying of his children. He is like a father that sees his children crying for food and amenities of life and he replied them saying be patient I’m still planning, so wait till I come up with an agenda and the children are dying, the wise ones among them will not want to die of hunger, so they must look for a way out and this is the only diplomatic way to iron out our grievances before the masses are pushed to the wall, as we don’t want the Libyans vs Gadaffi experience in Nigeria. Let Nigerians know your economy plan and direction, and give room for co-builders and idealists, as Nigeria is nobody’s fathers’ private company. Everybody is important and relevant to be carried along, most especially when they have something workable and productive to offer. This is the kind of president we want, so as to have the Nigeria we all desire. May God help our president to be wise, so as for Nigeria to truly move forward. God bless the president and much more God bless Nigerians (Nigeria). Powered by: NEW GENERATION YOUTH FOR CHANGE (NGYC) COMRADE AKINTAYO ABIOLA GENERAL ORGANIZING SECRETARY 08030664172 |
