9 Miraculous Months™ is the first in a series of durable educational medical projects in the field of healthcare in the tropics.  It will go along way to developing community based comprehensive health education programmes focusing on contraception, sex education, prevention and treatment of postabortal sepsis, pelvic inflammatory disease, puerperal sepsis, unsafe and criminal abortion, termination of pregnancy, uterine fibroids, positive behavioral change, etc.  Fear and anxiety disturb the normal rhythm of the uterine action and a woman who is tense and anxious may be expected to have a longer and more difficult labour than one who is calm and confident but by continuous support she can really improve the outcome of childbirth.  Our production aims at giving general advice about normal pregnancy and the minor disorders that may occur

This amazing two hour twenty mins video is directed to women that find it difficult to attend childbirth classes, or that can't wait for the classes to start or just for those that are shy to ask questions at these classes when they finally get into it.  Produced with support from a registered Obs & Gyn specialist, an obstetrical registered midwife, a registered pharmacist, a volunteer caregiver, a registered fitness instructor, several primigravida and multigravida women at various stages of pregnancy.  This is the only made-in-Nigeria DVD that takes you directly from the classroom into the hospital, labor room and birthing room, allowing you to see, first-hand, discreet footage of obstetrical procedures, labor, vaginal births and much more!
