50 Cent has sued Rick Ross for leaking a sex-tape involving his baby-mama, Lastonia Leviston.
This is in response to Lastonia Leviston suing 50 Cent for leaking it originally, but 50 says he didn’t and that if he loses the case against his ex, Rick Ross will have to take responsibility.
50’s defence is that Rick Ross said he will put the sextape online during a radio interview and the next day, the video was posted.
However, Leviston claims in her lawsuit that the guy in her sex tape gave the video to 50 who then posted it online because it would embarrass Rick Ross.
