This forum is turning to something else.The moderator has turn himself into a war lord.A dictator.He bans people at will without any offence.He beats my imagination that he can ban a great contributor like Gongo Aso for no reason then what is the essence of calling it a forum when people does not have the freedom of expression that is a fundamental human right.I condemn in totality such inhuman acts.Let us standing against banning on nairaland. Guy send a mail to LagosStudentVisa@state.gov tell them your school would resume soon and that you need emergency appointment and they will fix you in.Their reply might take up to a week but wait.Dont attach anything because of security reasons they wont accept.Dont pay anybody for emergency appointment cos if u get caught u may lose ur visa.US Embassy has clamped down on interview racketers.Pls stay clear.Hope dis info wil help

Tnx bro 4 d caution. Actually i was trying to get a good country to study dat MY MONEY is enough to pay d fees. 2ndly i dont wnt to travel and start running up and down at least settle down b4 huzzling. Dat was why i was trying to gather more information about us,canada,sweden,uk schools. Germany visa appointment is for my boss. Hello guys, I have just received my I-20 with an offer in Business Administration & Management but what I need to ask before applying for my visa is that I am holding a WAEC certificate that I had D7 in my English year 2002 and I still have another WAEC certificate that I had C4 in my English year 2004. I applied to the school with my O.N.D and I was granted admission.

My question is this:

(1) Can I apply for my visa with a combined WAEC certificate?
(2) Does age matter when applying as an undergraduate student co'z am 28 yrs already?

Please kindly help me out with the necessary information needed to apply for my visa.

As 4 d english,It doesnt matter at all,to d best of my knowledge. Wat matters most is U and how composed u will be wen u face d consular . Even d embassy do advise that it is more abt u and less abt ur documents. As per age, well God can intervene. U can read thru previous posts to hv a general idea of wat u might face.

dats not a prerequite to your visa application as there is no column in the application where your WAEC result is required. Apply normally ,wen its time for your interview,go with all credentials u hv ever obtained. U might not be asked anyway.
For a sample application form, goto  https://evisaforms.state.gov . go through it carefully.Any questions , dont hesitate to contact me via my YIM.

Yeah Everyone loves to be in the USA, but it is just too discouraging when Visa is not given, Please dude I want to study over there , I want to study software engineering, am a graduate of physics from a Nigerian UNI and I am a nigerian living in Nigeria, have my passport as well( a genuine one) but i did not just want to have anything doing with this cert, so I want to start afresh building a solid future for myself, I am almost 25 years, do you foresee any problems with that?, and please post me cheap unis around ya , here is my email if need be aibk@live.com .
