Positive Self Image
Did you know that our self-esteem affects our thinking, our mindset, our psyche, behaviour etc? Low self-esteem can totally slow down progress, if not bring it to a halt.

Your self-esteem is simply the way you see yourself. It is the opinion you have of yourself and the value you place on yourself. When you always have a negative opinion about yourself; that is low self-esteem! When you feel inadequate or inferior all the time, that is low self-esteem! When you constantly believe you are not good enough, that is also low self-esteem. Low self-esteem can have a damaging effect on anyone’s life if the cycle is not broken.
