where a friend of mine work, the company just recently told the staffs to stop bringing their phones to work, in which the phone does not obstruct their work, and they do pay him 17k, he is graduate........is it proper for him to continue. pls he need your advice |

What has 17k got to do with switching off your phone at work? Would he have been needing help if his salary was higher say 100k? That's the job he chose, if the circumstance does not suit him let him leave. There are no chains in life than the once we have accepted. |
