I think its a good idea in which people will reckon with; in as much as its goes for a fee and not free. The space can be partitioned, so as to avoid being disturbed while busy in your own office. Sharing a space can be of mutual benefit e.g Office A sells Gadgets while Office B is into repair of gadgets; in this case, A and B will benefit from each other and increase their sales.
