Amassoma, the town of the late of Ijaw nation, Chief DSP Alamieyeseigha Phd came to a stand still as both indigenes and strangers took part in a peaceful funeral procession to give the hero of the Ijaw nation their last respect. All shops and highways were closed and hundreds of people congregated together discussing the fallen hero. Although security men were seen patroling the town, the procession so far has been peaceful but emotional. Details late.
