It's been trending for a while now. The saying of who you help. This word started at a song perhaps to Mock someone.
This word here at Nigeria especially Warri is now an everyday word for most people. This post would bring out ways in which this word affects us physiologically and emotionally.

1. Blocks true opinion.
Yep, if you're talking to someone about how you feel, this means you've got high regards for the person and discussion about feelings isn't an issue to joke with. If that person, after you're done talking says, who you help, you'll most probably feel an inward sadness and would perhaps develope a mind about not telling that person your thoughts again but deep within your mind, you're feeling that the person doesn't care about you.

2. It causes inferiority complex
Yep, without the ability to say how you feel when you're around people, you are developing inferiority complex. Perhaps your friends are laughing at someone but deep within you, you're sorry for that person. What if as you want to express your thought, someone just ask you who you help? How would it be? This makes you to be unable to speak out.

3. Cause emotional damage for sentimental people
For people who act based on how they feel, perhaps you're feeling sad and you need someone to talk to. Then someone (maybe the person you're talking to) just asks you who you help, you'll most probably feel very hurt (soft heated people). In this way, you might start developing mental issues in due time.

4. Cause people to hate you
This sentence, if it's a part of your daily speech, would in due time make you someone people would not want to hang around with. For example anyone who comes to you perhaps for a favour or at least for your time, just for you to end up with who you help, you'll later notice that people around you are just junkies that don't care anything.

5. Makes you loose opportunity.
Yep in continuation of the above reason, when reasonable people now have no reason to be with you, they won't even think about helping you in case they're in a position. They won't even remember you.

After these reasons, please let the words who you help be washed away from your mouth cause these words can destroy.
