A goal is simply what an organisation intend to achieve.goals are classify into short-term,medium-term and long term respectively...I have been thinking wide as per the goal of the public sector. We all know the goal of the private sector(shoprite,glo,Mr.biggs etc) is to maximize profit and minimize cost. What then is the goal of the public sector (Nimasa,Nnpc,Police etc).
