A business consulting firm based in Lekki Lagos is looking to recruit for the following position.

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Salary Range ₦50,000.00 to ₦70,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
· Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
· Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems
· Responding to breakdowns
· Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
· Repairing equipment and replacing parts
· Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
· Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
· Managing stocks of equipment, and other supplies.



Qualification and requirements:

· A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
· Demonstrated competence, Windows XP Professional, Window Vista,e.tc
· Ability to multi-task
· Good communication and Interpersonal Skill
