In fact, I have now seen why these Northerners are mostly paedophiles and criminals hiding under their religion to destroy other people.

How come that the so called educated northerners can't call their people to order to stop this act OR are they supporting the act? How can you abduct a girl child, convert her against her wish and force her into marriage in Nigeria and nobody has been talking? If not the Ese case, nobody would have known what has been going on in Nigeria with the poor families that these people take advantage of.

I do not know the work the members of The National Assembly and House of Rep doing in order to address this criminality by the Northerners. This is an act that should be condemned all over the world.

@T9ksy they have not felt it necessary till date to fp a vital topic with solution. Please add ur voice to the request to fp.

I believe it's time we take our "atenuje" politicians to task after all this are the people we supposedly voted for to look out for our interest. In the case of this Ese Oruru girl, the parents should start from their local representatives all the way to their governor to ask them what do they intend doing to make sure their daughter is brought back to them, pronto. Abi, is this not part of the task they are been paid all this huge wages and side benefits, for?

I also suggest that other parents who find themselves in this sort of situation should employ the service of a good legal mid on a " no win, no fee" basis to sue the arses off all those who are in one way or the other responsible for this reprehensive event.

What I will really like to know is what our grass-roots representatives are doing or intend to do about this ongoing menace of the Fulanis atrocities on the rest of us- their so-called fellow Nigerians. After all, they can't feign ignorance else they ought to be recalled as they are failing in their primary duty to us.

This is the same way the janjawe.eds slaughtered black Africans in the Sudan with the government of the day looking the other way and at times secretly arming them with sophisticated weapons to perpetuate outright "genocide" on the people which eventually culminated in the country splitting up but not before lots of black Africans had been killed and displaced.

T9KSY we no get representative. wat we have are politicians interested in their ambition. That is y we need to first raise awareness by ourselves.

Seun why is this not on the front page? Lalasticlala, do you all support child kidnap, child marriages and forceful conversion of a minor?
Lalasticlala, why the heck are you trying to junk this story?

Seun is catching feelings. All we want is justice nothing more. The road is long but we are willing to walk the walk.

This is a simple case of Thief, Kidnapper, Rapist.

Many yorubas and other tribes are married to igbo girls with the blessings of her family. Fact!

For a christian girl child to be a muslim, she dont have to be having sex with Emir at the palace or 5 months pregnant or be under imprisonment. Fact!

That is called sexual gratification, indulgence and slavery. It has nothing to do with God.

Seun, lalasticlala I am sure u would agree with me on this.

Whether, they are impregnated or not, one fact remains, the children must be returned to their parents.

Those responsible or behind the kidnap prosecuted. The world is too civilised for such medieval criminality.

@TonyeBarcanista this is getting out of hand. The Sharia system needs to be over-hauled with identifiable boundaries.

Pure evil! Nigeria needs to act fast on things whilst they are still at infant stage.
Once evil is nursed and nurtured to maturity, then the problem becomes cosmic.
We as Nigerians make this mistake far too often. I see it here on nairaland with Seun/lalasticlala too.

Seun and lalasticlala, this is a very serious issue and we must not rest until it is properly addressed to safeguard the rights of the girl child. Crime cannot be accepted as religion.

Our silence is consent and suffering for little 5 to 15 year old children. We have been silence for too long and that is why they went to School to abduct the girl child in Chibok, which drew the world attention. Rape of a child is the worst crime in the human race. The children are our future.

Nigeria needs prayer, vigilance and divine leadership. We are a nation living in bondage.
