So we should start clapping for him because he said that? If he fails, who takes the blame, Isn't it Mr president? If he succeeds, who takes the glory? Isn't it buhari? For all I care, what was promised isn't what they are giving. Saying one thing today and another tomorrow is an act of IRRESPONSIBILITY
