We are in need of a competent farm manager that is desirous of working with a company that is agric-focused. We have acquired a farm on a 20 hectares of land in Ogun state and in need of a farm manger. The farm has 3 sections namely : Poultry, Hatchery and Feed mill. If you meet the requirement below:

1. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural science or Animal science.
2. Must have atleast ten (10) years’ experience of which 5 years should have been as a supervisor in at least 2 of the sections of our farm and the other five years (5) at management level in a large poultry farm.
3. A Masters’ degree in business administration would be an added advantage.
4. Membership of professional body (ies) in any segment (Hatchery, Poultry, Mill) of the business that may exist in Nigeria.
5. Must have good knowledge of hatchery and feed mill operational processes
6. keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases
7. ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets
8. recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers
9. budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records
10. The ability to find and develop new activities to keep the farm profitable
11. Good communication and computer skill
12. Knowledge of legislation and regulations relevant to poultry and/or farming.
