It is for the newly admitted student.i can't find the venue for the screening for education

the question is has registration started? or is it going to be after the screening?

I was told that during the screening courses given to some people will be taken
and they'll be given a different one that they may not like is all that true?
pls do let me know if you are thinking differently. Thanks
