Each of the points highlighted by the OP is crucial. While they are important in building a profitable blogging career, you need to consider the effectiveness of the techniques used. for instance, most of the "hungry" bloggers in Nigeria only use social media (Facebook) in the wrong way. They spam groups, timeliness and comments with pornography making it the worst practice. Guest blogging is great, only if your posts are acceptable by the top blogs. But i doubt if any top bloggers in Nigeria will accept guest blogging. People like Bella naija and Linda ikeji may never welcome it except you pay heavily.
My conclusion is for new bloggers to limit their expectations at first, and take time to learn how Digital Marketing in Nigeria works.
