Our client is part of a Global online sports entertainment franchise based in Lagos. As part of its expansion, it requires the services of online customer support executives to manage interactions and engagement with its customers and provide first level support to its customers using online and social media channels like (live chat, twitter and email).

Requirements for this role include:
1) A first degree. (a strong candidate that meets ALL the other requirements but with a diploma may also be considered)
2) Excellent oral and written communication skills
3) Strong passion for and extensive knowledge of sports (especially football)
4) Ability to effectively use social media platforms and email
5) 1-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE CALL CENTRE OR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT OF ANY SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY OR ANY OTHER COMPANY WITH A STRONG ONLINE/SOCIAL MEDIA CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT.
