I actually need a low budget yet strong Android tablet phone. I saw these phones - Ground Touch and Vigitab S1. Please any lead on the phones so I can decide? Thank you all.

Never heard of them, you might want to use google bruv, if you want a strong android device, you are better of sticking with the tried and tested.. my advice.
