A man who pretending to be working for PHCN gained access into a man's office in Yaba, Lagos and stole his belongings. He made this known on his instagram account

The other day a man pretending to be
 working with Phcn stole a lady's phone.
Today same story.

Maybe it's the same thief man.
Hope he gets caught.
