All is now set for the premiere of Logan, one of the most anticipated movies of the year. The 8th Installment of the Wolverine Movie series premieres worldwide this Friday at iMax Lekki.
The movie talks about how in the near future, a
weary Logan (Hugh Jackman) cares for an ailing Professor X (Patrick Stewart) at a remote outpost on the Mexican border. His plan to hide from the outside world gets upended when he meets a young mutant (Dafne Keen) who is very much like him. Logan must now protect the girl and battle the dark forces that want to capture her.
According to one of the promoters, Eddie Madaki, he said as one of the ongoing social media week Lagos, Filmhouse Imax is already giving away 200 tickets to the grand premiere. ‘ Our task is to stir up awareness about the movie release date across our various mass and new media platforms,’ he concluded.
