It's not easy for her to let go after you tell her you are not into her. I have been in a situation like this before. I tried to explain to her we can't be together but she continued to beg. I was only able to get out of the situation after I moved to another state. She's married now and we're still friends but I don't regret not dating her because I was sure that's not I wanted at that time.
So take some time to decide what you really want and explain to her and stick to it so that you won't play with her emotions.

True But I Was Once In This Condition And Believe Me, I Sat The Lady Down, Explained Things To Her In Details And Made Her See Reason Why I Couldn't Date Her Because
* She Will Be Doing Things Out Of Guilt For The Sake Of Keeping Me By Her Side.
* She Won't Be Able To React Normal To Situations That's Affecting Her Negatively Caused By Me, Why, Because, She Work Her Way Into THE LIFE.
* Even If Assaulted Sexually, She Would Keep Silent And See It As Love
* She Would Be Thinking That She Was Being Taken For Granted Even When Never Did.
And She Follows The Latter Though Act Funny When She's Around Me Especially When She's + With The CHOOSEN One.

Don't Be Too Confident When Someone Tells You They Like You, The Real Question Is: Until When? Because Just Like Seasons, People Change And So Do Feelings..

"Don't date her and don't get intimate with her"
From experience this is not going to end well,not for you (cos you sound like you ve got a conscience) and definitely not for her.
Personally I detest confrontations, I'd advise you play dumb or up your evading game. She's smart enough, she will come around

This is not in anyway a difficult thing to do. The solution to this art in two ways:
1. anytime she's with you, call your gf 5 to 10 times. u can equally engage in some serious chat with her on either facebook or whatsapp. Also try to attribute some of your conversation with this admirer in question with your gf e.g my babe will not accept that o, my angel likes kissing my forehead, let my gf catch you, assuming she's here now u won't have access to me etc...
2. before I give you d second hint, I can see you're in a way considering the lady for sex if not you won't say u don't want to reject her. Why won't you want to reject her when you don't have anything to do with her? Accept, u no accept, reject, u no reject. Wetin u go come do?
To answer your query, tell her point blank you have a gf and she's the one you want to marry. Place her on the condition that if she doesn't mind, u can initiate a secret affair with her. OP, Itz not easy to tell her that u arent interested in her, i was once in similar situation, the gal jxt hate me lyk say i b poo. To the poster : It's going to be easier to tell her no if you already have someone. Tell her how flattered you're that someone with her beauty is interested in you, that you'd date her in a heartbeat if you're single. She'd appreciate your kind words and honesty(but you know you're dishonest) and may even respect you for your loyalty to your gf. This will playout exactly like I predicted if you're dealing with a reasonable girl, now if the girl aint rationally inclined, expect anything from abnormal emotional response to stalking (cyber, physical) in extreme cases.
