I breath through my mouth,because my nose is always blocked, this makes me snore too, my Doctor told me i need to go for an operation to remove my Tonsility.... I am in my teens. I don't want to go for surgery, and would like to know if anyone has experienced what am going though or know someone who had, and how it was cured.
