Very unbalanced piece of info. Do you think your body can thrive without "sugar"? Don't you know that carbs which are sugar are needed for energy?
Sugar in itself is not a bad thing as you have just painted it to be, it is the kind of sugar that is the main culprit here. Sugar gotten from natural sources such as fruits, root crops and grains are very okay for the body. Those sugars in confectionaries, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks can be very injurious to the body especially when taken in excess.

What is your definition of "condusive"?
In my gym, we don't do machines or cosmetic exercises, what we have are only free weights, pull-up bars and the squatting rack and bar. Where are u based?

My definition of condusive means standard equipment, with every safety measure in check.. I want to refer someone to a gym like such...

I base in Warri, what about you?

Yes, everything in check. But the gym is strictly for hardcore strength training. I repeat no machines not even threadmills. But the barbells, dumbbells are good to go. Pull-up bars, sit-up bench are good. I am based in lagos.
