It was clearly stated by MTN that for customers to qualify for the Prestige anniversary reward, that customers would at least be on the lowest level of qualification, which is the Bronze level, and for customers to be on the Bronze level, one of the two requirements that automatically qualifies subscribers is to having stayed on the MTN network for not less than 10years.

But funny enough even duly qualified MTN customers are having their rewards wiped out and MTN only claim the said customers are not loyal enough and that they were rewarded in error.

With this ware forced to align our thoughts with those that say MTN gives with right hand and always takes immediately with left hand.
